Hi BAO!
CHAO BAO was created out of love for Asian street food.
Our bao and bowle buns are the quintessential flavors of the Far East. Our travels in Asia led us to create a concept overflowing with fresh vegetables, fragrant with spices, flavors of the sea and marinated meat, with the casual ease of street food.
Anise, cloves, cinnamon, ginger, garlic, soy sauce – create a wonderful combination of spices, flavors and aromas, filling our bun with jerk pork. The CHAO BAO menu features several renditions of bao buns, with crispy chicken, shrimp in tempura, teriyaki bacon and a vegetarian option with oyster mushroom.
Do you like fresh, healthy and light? Then we have also prepared for you six unique bowels. As we know, fish like to swim, and with us salmon and tuna are bathed in wakame, mango fruit, fresh vegetables, avocado and rice. We have for you a bowl with shrimp, oyster mushroom and chicken.
The menu culminates with two main courses: breaded tri-tip thigh with fries and coleslaw, and its height – Asian tonkatsu pork loin with fries accompanied by coleslaw.
