The modernized Renoma expands the offer of premium brands
Renoma, the Wrocław icon of modernism, owned by Globalworth, has expanded its group of tenants. The unique fashion offer has been enriched by the Italian brand, Elisabetta Franchi.
An exclusive Elisabetta Franchi boutique was opened in the most recognizable building in Wrocław. This is the only showroom of this brand in Lower Silesia. The Italian designer’s store with an area of nearly 200 sq m. is located on the ground floor, right next to the main entrance. Its external sites perfectly match the exclusive character of the location.
As part of the ongoing reconstruction on the ground floor, the owner and manager of Renoma, Globalworth, is expanding its portfolio of premium fashion brands. As a result, the stores of such brands as: Weekend by Max Mara, Patrizia Pepe, Emanuel Berg, My Fangle, Deni Cler, Liu Jo, Pinko and S’portofino were reopened after the relocation. They used the time of Renoma’s reconstruction to refresh the arrangement of their boutiques or increase its area.
Elisabetta Franchi is an Italian designer whose collections emphasize femininity based on the timeless DNA of the brand. Her proposals are both bold and elegant, intended for self-confident women who like to play with fashion. The designer has been inspiring women around the world to find the element of femininity within themselves for over 20 years.
The next stage of Renoma’s metamorphosis
At the end of March, the first part of the rebuilt part of Renoma was put into use – the northern atrium with the entrance area from the side of ul. Świdnicka. The original layout of the twin courtyards that were originally there was recreated. Both atriums are decorated with white and gray marble from Portugal and Turkey, gilded sculptures of famous heads, modeled on those on the facade, as well as huge chandeliers, whose shape refers to pre-war art deco originals. The designer of the reconstruction is the renowned Wrocław architect Zbigniew Maćków and his studio.
As part of the reconstruction, Globalworth will also take care of the gastronomic offer. The transformation involves the creation of two restaurant zones – from the Kościuszko Square side and from the Czysty Square side. Visitors will gain access to a diverse offer created by original gastronomic concepts represented both by local restaurateurs and those who successfully run local concepts in other Polish cities. From the side of Plac Czysty and from the side of Pl. Restaurant gardens will be built in Kościuszko. Unique flavors from around the world in the form of “street food” and restaurants with waiter service will be available in Renoma from 2023.
After the metamorphosis, scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2023, Renoma will offer nearly 35,000 sq m. sq m modern office space. Future office users will have at their disposal, among others: charging stations for cars and electric scooters, which will also be made available to guests and customers, extensive bicycle infrastructure with changing rooms, showers and racks, as well as carsharing services. Tenants will also receive a dedicated Globalworth application, thanks to which their employees will benefit from contactless access to the office, call elevators via smartphone, open the barrier to the parking lot, or reserve a conference room or parking space.
Its reputation is also environmentally friendly – the facility boasts a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, is powered by 100% green energy and has the WELL Health & Safety 2022 certificate.
