Etno Cafe relies on Renoma
In Renoma, the most recognizable building in Wrocław, expansion is not slowing down. These are not the only changes. Globalworth, its owner and manager, is consistently expanding its list of brands. In March, a well-known Polish cafe chain – Etno Cafe – joined the group of tenants.
New premises with an area of 160 sq m. is located on the ground floor, in the north-eastern atrium, right next to the entrance from Pl. Clean, in the immediate vicinity of the newly built restaurant area.
The cafe is equipped with spectacularly high display cases and tables facing Podwale. Employees, as well as visitors of Etno Cafe, will have at their disposal an attractive outdoor garden with a view of the Old Town Park and the moat, as well as an internal garden in the newly renovated interiors of Renoma.
Etno Cafe is a Wrocław-based coffee chain that was the first Polish company to import coffee from Ethiopia. What distinguishes the chain is its own craft coffee roastery and process control at every stage, from the import of green coffee, through roasting to the actual brewing of coffee using traditional and alternative methods. The cafe’s menu also includes desserts, freshly baked cakes from natural ingredients, and breakfast and lunch sets. Etno Cafe – a Polish chain of cafes is strengthening its position on the local market by taking over the Vincent Cafes in Wrocław. Thus, the network will have 14 locations in Wrocław alone. The group owns the Etno Cafe, as well as a coffee roastery and a coffee brewery where Cold Brew Coffee is produced.
The next stage of Renoma’s metamorphosis
At the end of March 2022, the first part of the rebuilt part of Renoma was put into use – the northern atrium with the entrance area from ul. Świdnicka. The original layout of the twin courtyards that were originally there was recreated. Both atriums are decorated with white and gray marble from Portugal and Turkey, gilded sculptures of famous heads, modeled on those on the facade, as well as huge chandeliers, whose shape refers to pre-war art deco originals. The designer of the reconstruction is the renowned Wrocław architect Zbigniew Maćków and his studio.
As a result of the metamorphosis, the investor will make available Pedet – a new gastronomic and cultural zone inspired by the idea of a food hall. It will be a combination of the unique atmosphere of a historic place and unique gastronomic concepts. Renoma will also offer nearly 35,000. sq m modern office space. Future office users will have at their disposal, among others: charging stations for cars and electric scooters, which will also be made available to guests and customers, extensive bicycle infrastructure with changing rooms, showers and racks, as well as carsharing services. Tenants will also receive a dedicated Globalworth application, thanks to which their employees will benefit from contactless access to the office, call elevators via smartphone, open the barrier to the parking lot, or reserve a conference room or parking space. Its reputation is also environmentally friendly – the faciliy boasts a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, is powered by 100% green energy and has the WELL Health & Safety 2022 certificate.
