Another premium brand debuts in Renoma

Italian fashion brand, TWINSET has chosen Renoma to locate its first boutique in Wroclaw. This is another premium tenant that has strengthened the portfolio of the iconic building in the capital of Lower Silesia.

Thanks to the consistent and well-thought-out expansion of the tenant-mix, Renoma’s fashion proposition is becoming more exceptional every month. In April, a TWINSET boutique opened in the latest interior concept. The store in Renoma is the only outlet of the Italian brand in Wroclaw. The new tenant’s offer is aimed at women who appreciate modern elegance in a premium edition. The 95 sqm salon is located on the first floor, in the northeast atrium, just inside the entrance from Pl. Czyste, opposite Etno Cafe.

Global brands are increasingly choosing Renoma. TWINSET is another fashion brand that opened the only showroom in Wrocław here. This is proof of the potential of Renoma and its strong position on the Polish market. We constantly enjoy the trust of foreign investors, and our commercialization strategy and investment in redevelopment encourage further tenants to cooperate. Comprehensive representation of well-known brands not yet available on the local market is a guarantee of successful purchases. After the transformation, we will offer our clients an even richer offer, both in terms of commercial concepts and carefully selected brands. The novelty will be Pedet, a unique gastronomic and cultural space, which in the autumn will offer unique culinary concepts and will be an equally unique place for artistic projects in Wrocław.

Renoma is one of Wroclaw’s most recognizable buildings and an icon of modernist architecture. The building opened in 1930 under its original name, Wertheim Department Store, and was designed by Berlin architect Hermann Dernburg. The facades of the building were decorated with sculptures of heads of people from different regions of the world, which still exist today, intended to symbolize not only the international origin of the goods offered, but above all cultural diversity and openness to others. The Wertheim Department Store, which was destroyed as a result of warfare, was partially rebuilt and opened in 1948 as the General Department Store, and all its floors were not put into use until 1985, at which time the building took its current name chosen in a competition by the citizens of Wroclaw. In 2009, Renoma was rebuilt and expanded according to a design by Wroclaw architect Zbigniew Maćkow. The lower floors housed more than 120 stores and service outlets, while the upper floors were occupied by offices and a restaurant area. The building is currently undergoing another metamorphosis, which will see the restoration of the pre-war architecture of the courtyards, as well as new functions. Renoma is one of three office and retail projects in Globalworth Poland’s portfolio, alongside Warsaw’s Hala Koszyki and Katowice’s Supersam.
